Related item extended: Text does not move to the right of the thumbnail

Can you help me one more issue?

I set 3 articles shown in the module, but in desktop view, the first article is higher than the other two. Please help me to arange the three articles in one row. Pleasse see attached screenshot.

Strange. Can you try to switch the template temporarily to protostar to see whether this is a template related issue or something else?
