ERROR: JOOMLA - Mini k2 settings error

Hi, I am facing a weird problems Looking for some expert advice.


I created the categories and items in K2 and installed the mini K2 for displaying them. I connected the miniK2 with the related settings, but it is not working and I get the following error, 'Please check your setting to get the items or maybe you need to write your K2 items first.'

Any expert advice will be highly appreciated.

i'm not sure if this error come from any module,
but as i know, this error occurs, if you try to install a component again (after a failed installation). Then, you have two options to solve this error.

my idea for this time is Uninstall K2 (component) and try a new installation.
But If it is not possible, please..
>> delete all com_k2 Files manual via FTP. Use a FTP Tool, like FileZilla.
>> Execute your SQL Database and delete all com k2 items, but be carefull that you delete the right items in the right SQL Database.
>> Try a new installation of K2 in the Extension Manager of your Joomla Administration.

I get the following error, 'Another menu item with the same parent has this alias. Error building Admin Menus'.

This error shows up if you have two similar menu item title alias. You can check them out and re-name the latest menu item alias you've tried to creat with different one. That's not related with K2 component at all. No need to re-install etc.

actually it comes up when i install K2 component, so personally i am feeling that may be K2 does'not installed correctly...however i reinstalled it..
probably thats why miniK2 not works as it shoulf

is miniK2 supports K2 version 2.62???
