Module in Modal z-index

on my beta site www.joomlahealios.com/ the modal goes behind the slideshow and the menu on mobile and desk top I tried every CSS hack i could and it won't come the front.

Can you help?

I assigned it a new position "pop" maybe thats why? should I use debug?

Can you try to add this css code to your css file :

z-index:999;
position:relative}

That worked! I have one more issue it is ignoring the settings in mobile version (just keeps popping up with no text)_ and the "auto height" is the whole viewport really crazy! just close down your browser size you will see. i think this module wont work for my client its buggy :(
