Related Items Extended not showing?

Hi. I purchased Related Items Extended. I have activated both plugin and module. The module as assigned to a position, but does not show up. I have added several tags to different articles.
The sections called "Relaterede artikler" is one I made manually and is not the module.

The module is inserted at the same position as the Facebook share buttons just below the article text

Anyway, is it possible for you to provide temporary access to your website so I can check it by myself? If it's possible you can enter the details using the "You Site Details" tab below. Only support team who are able to see that.
