I'm not familiar with your template code, and also I can't see the website so I can't inspect the element myself.
Try to change the code above to this :

margin-right:30px!important;}

Ok,I try for last your code in folder : htdocs/mysite/templates/your_template_name/css/your_css_files_name.css but it same.
If I upload my site to online, I will ask you again.
