Mini Front Page delayed date and time.

Hi, please, could you help me?
Evetime I publish/create a article on my website the time shown is less 3 hours than the exactly time it is.
The time zone already is set to São Paulo (my city), but the hour in the article published/created still less than the time is now ..
Thanks for the attention in my question.

Hi, The timezone should follow your joomla config. Are you sure you have set the timezone in the System-> Global Configuration -> Server page?

where the mini frontpage shows the lastest articles published
