Deals Plazza issue after joomla install

Isn't the quickstart suppose to automatically install and appear as demo site?

The problem is because both of these files are inaccessible :
- 2013.inhousegfx.com/deals/templates/deal...css/template.css.php
- 2013.inhousegfx.com/deals/templates/deal...a/js/template.js.php
It looks like a permission problem, please make sure they have a proper permission

What do I do next. I attached the image of what I did to each file and site is still disfigured.

Ok it fixed now. That was because your /deals_plazza/ folder is set to 700. It should be 755 to make them works.
