Hello. Thank for the suggestion. Novelty Days in Mini frontpage was set to 1200 (=3.28 years). I reset Novely Days to 2400. Featured articles still do not show in either module display page. Articles in a non-featured category are displayed on the module page.
Note that "Featured" is not listed as a category in the modules, but Show Featured Articles is set to Show.
I can give you super user access if you would like it. See site details

H, I've entered your website and found that everything goes fine. All featured articles are showed. I was just changed the category setting from 'Not Featured' to 'All Categories'

Thank you for your help. I figured out how to accomplish what I needed to do using two modules of Mini frontpage.
Objective #1) display featured articles from any category without the need to move articles into and out of a featured article category.
Objective #2) display not-featured articles from a single category, for example just the blog category, but not all categories.
Objective #3) display #1 and #2 on the same page. So the home page could show featured articles from all categories, and articles/posts from only the blog category.
Method -- The solution required that I create two incidents of the Mini Frontpage module, and display them both on the same page.
Mini frontpage module #1 -- I set it to display all categories and to show only featured articles, so that it displayed featured articles from all my categories, but no other articles.
Mini frontpage module #2 - I set it to display the 1st category of not-featured articles (like blog posts) that I wanted to display.
Conclusion -- By using two instances of the Mini frontpage module on the same page, I could achieve the intended objectives stated above. See:
thriftyfun.net/index.php/display-pages-f...ini-frontpage-module
Thanks again for your help, which led me to this solution.
Best regards,
Pintobuck
