Exlcude current item in mini frontpage

Hi,

I use the module "mini frontpage" on the page where the full article is shown.
There I want to show 3 latest items. However when one of the three latest items is opened the same item is shown in the module.
Is it possible to exclude the item which is opened? I hope I am clear what I mean ))
