I was just sending a test email from your Global Configuration. Can you check whether it is goes your inbox or spam box?

Anyway I was just testing the module mail form, and send it to my email and it didn't go to my spam box.
I think the previous problem is because you are using the same email for both of sender and recipient, and that behaviour will be suspected as a spam by your email service

you are right I have never changed and now it is no longer spam.
Can I ask you why a copy does not arrive even to those who make the request? is not expected?
