WhatsApp Multi Agent Not displaying on smartphones, android or ios

Hello guys, recently we installed WhatsApp Multi Agent and it works fine in desktop but it does not show on portable devices... any help please.

Hi, You have published the module under 'menu' position which is hidden by your template when your website is opened via a smartphone.
I have changed the module position to 'footer' and it looks like it's now working properly. Please check
