Additionally, if you're running multilingual website, besides creating two modules for each language, you need to delete existing language overrides and translate the language file manually by copying these files :
to
* xx-XX is language/country code.

For solution, please add the following sentences to the en-GB.mod_whatsapp_agent.ini file. I translated this language file.
1-Need help? Let's Chat
2-Hi, Good Morning [user]
3-Is there anything we can help you with in this morning [user]?
4-Hi, Good Afternoon [user]
5-Is there anything we can help you with in this afternoon [user]?
6-Hi, Good Evening [user]
7-Is there anything we can help you with in this evening [user]?
8-Is there anything I can help you with? (For Pre Chat Message)
-Web Notification (For Mail From Name)
10-Are you Human? (For Anti-Spam Question)
11-A new offline message from (For Mail Form)
12-You received a message from (For Mail Form)
