Xtypo - stripped tags in front-end editor
- Posted by alex (2) Offline
Hi
I'm using Joomla 2.56 , when I login from the front-panel I cannot see the tags whereas they are displayed in the admin panel > article editor. I tried with JCE & TinyMCE and I've disabled HTML filtering and other settings from both.
logging in the front as Publisher & SuperAdmin has the same effect.
any clue ?
thank you

Hi Alex,
Did you mean, you were unable to add xtypo tags just like {xtypo_code}this is code {/xtypo_code} in the frontend editor?

Hi
I'm able to add the tags {xtypo_code} but , once the article is saved and opened again, I'm NOT able to see them again. They are visibile only in the back-end admin > editor, not in the front-end editor anymore..

I have rechecked and can't reproduce the problem at my end.
see video in here : d.pr/v/CxkE
It's probably something related to your joomla installation. Please try with other joomla tags such us {loadposition position-12}
