minifrontpage thumbnail picture quality

Hi seppe,
it looks like thumbnail size (ratio) you set is bigger than your original image so the module will try to generate a bigger image that blurry. Please have a look on this :

My suggestion is try to decrease width and height settings or use a bigger image dimension (HD) everytime you make a new post

Hi @seppe155 Minifrontpage uses the default joomla image processing function to generate the thumbnail. If you think the image still blurry, try to increase the thumbnail size but don't make it bigger than the original image. Please also note that there is size multiplier (for mini frontpage the value is 3x) that will multiply the thumbnail size value, so when you enter thumbnail width size is 100, the module is actually trying to generate 100x3 = 300px thumbnail.
Basically to get best thumbnail quality as you wish, please do trial and error for the thumbnail size.
Hi @seppe155 and @talla I will lock this thread because the conversation on this thread is becoming too long and probably will annoy the original poster as he will get email notification everytime you guys post an answer on this thread.
Please post a new thread to make it easier for us to provide support.
