Can I make an article thumbnail for minifrontpage without displaying the image in article?

Is there a way to have minifrontpage use an image for the page thumbnail that is not displayed on the page?

Hi gcurrey, technically, once the thumbnail is generated, you can delete the image from the article, because the module will find the thumbnail image in the images/thumbnail/mod_minifrontpage first, before trying to generate a thumbnail image
