Whatsapp multi agent problem

Hi! I have a problem with my website (www.hotelboschetto.com)
When I open website I have this error and website doesn't work.

How can I solve it? It seems a Whatsapp multi agent problem. Thank you

Hi Pedro, Can you share temporary access to your website so I can have a look on it directly? If you can, you can share it in the Your Site Details tab below. Only you and support staffs who are able to see it.

I think it's something related to php version or something server related because I'm unable to replicate the problem at my end. I commented lines of code on the helper file on the dst support part and then it's working properly.
