MiniFrontpage Module disappeared and no thimbnail at all

I installed the module yesterday and it was almost fine but suddenly today it disappered and no way to have it back.
No changes have been done to module setting , nore to the site.
I just cannot make it appear again.
What the matter may be ?

I have played around on the module parameters, take a look at your articles and all seems fine but I really have no idea why they don't shows up inside the module.
If I set to 'Site' category then all articles from that category displayed fine. It seems only for this Progetti category they don't shows up even the category is set to public.

Actually I have find out that it work also on my "blog" category but no one else.
In fact it does not work even if

I Create a new category and a new article and assign module to work with these new items
I move a category as a subcategory of "Site" or "Blog"

Actually to me this module it seems not working, at least with my version of Joomla.
