Preload the first image of the module

Is there a solution to dynamically preload the first image of the module to prevent the first image from always being the largest contentful paint?

Hi, I visited your website and found the thumbnail size is relatively small and additionally I think you already use JCH Lazy load so the page is loaded very fast I think
