Tried both default theme and collage - no go. This is on PHP8 - which seems to be the problem.

Errrr.. I spent many hours to investigate the issue with focusing PHP 8 compatibility just to found out that the issue is because you have entered the wrong format for Thumbnail Height :D
You have entered 'auto' while the correct format must be a number.
I have changed the value of Thumbnail Height from your backend and the module seems working good now. Please check.
