Thumbnails not generated

The Related Items Extended module doesn't create the thumbnails

I've checked and i've seen that there is no "thumbnails" directory into my images directory

When i try to create manually, it doesn' allow me to do

So what can i do???

Hi Simply try to reinstall the module. It will try to re-create the folder if no thumbnails folder found

I've checked that via Filezilla there's no thumbnails directory...
But if i check via Cpanel the thumbnail directory is there...but all the generated thumbnails are gray...

Hmm, maybe it's something related to your server cache function / feature. Anyway what joomla and Related Item Extended version do you use?

Unistalled and reinstalled...same thing :(
