White on white and error

Hi there,
I've got this error when i am offline:
"Warning: escapeshellcmd() has been disabled for security reasons in
libraries/vendor/phpmailer/phpmailer/src/PHPMailer.php on line 1802"
And everything is white colorued on white, see attached pic.
Any help appreciated

Hi,Whatsapp module use joomla mailer function to send email but it looks like your hosting provider blocked PHP function that is essential when Joomla calls mail function.
Can you try on your administrator page then open Global Configuration -> Server tab and then click the button "Send Test Mail" and tell me what happen?

Everything works fine.
Admin side says: "The email was sent to ....@gmail.com using PHP Mail. You should check that you've received the test email.
I've got an email in 3 secs, it says:
"This is a test mail sent using "PHP Mail". Your email settings are correct!"
And still have no idea why "Successfully sent!" text is white as the background.
Any help appreciated

When someone send a mesage using the offline whatsapp module (even if there is an error message Warning: escapeshellcmd()), do you get the message on your email?
Anyway the escapeshellcmd() error message is more a hosting issue. If your hosting can't enable it for you then maybe you can consider using SMTP instead of PHP mail in the global Configuration.
