Where do banners come from?

In the Joomla 4 version of the module, I can't figure out where the banners come from??? LOL, so new to J4.... Does it pick up articles? Images in a certain folder? Where is the setting for that?
There's nothing to show on the site, it doesn't display banners.....

Hi, banners are taken from Banners component. From your joomla administrator page go to : Component > Banners > Banners
