default thumbnail not showed in articles without image

Hi, I was working with the free module with no problems, I just change to paid module last month and I have a issue with the default thumbnail. I setup the file in the module configuration but joomla shows me another image... i don't understand

Hi, Can you try to delete all images under this folder first?

I have the same issue... I reinstalled, also I deleted the images in the thumbnail folder.
Also, I check again the configuration of the default image in the module setup and it's ok... the file is called microbutlleti.jpg and when click over the 'eye' is showed. I attach the capture of it

Can you share temporary access to your website? If you can, you can share it in the Your Site Details tab below. Only you and support staffs who are able to see it.
