AFTER TRANSFER MY SITE IGET THIS ERROR

Then we think you should set your dedicated server to not allow 777 permission for all files (at least 755 to make all files writeable, not 777). Try to contact your server support regarding this issue.

Folders with 777 permissions are dangerous. It's obviously a bad server setup if you have to set 777 permission, or if you are told to do that. Its the source of a LOT of security issues. I'd suggest you to ask your server admin to use better / secure configuration.

Ok, i now about file permissions and the security risk of 777 file permission. i just wanted to let you know that the error still contains with 755 permission and i test it with 777 the error don't show..
any solution for my problem.. i really will like to continue using mini frontpage but have to fix it asp my site looks like that over a week.

Oh my God....
the error with 755 permission is because your server has not been configured properly to be secure enough.
Just ask or tell your server admin about this issue.
