Floating Buttons open in new window

The question on how to use floating buttons to open in a new window was answered on this form already

1/ how to make the link to be opened in a new window tab?

Please edit this file : ../modules/mod_floating_buttons/tmpl/default.php
at lines 26 you will see thiscode:"icon":"child_item_icon; ?>"change that tocode:"icon":"child_item_icon; ?>", "target":"_blank"

However, I was unable to find the above code to replace it. I am guessing the code has been changed since the last response.

I just downloaded the module and would like to know how to get the buttons to open in a new window.
