WhatsApp Multi Agent failed in graphic setting

I installed WhatsApp Multi Agent with joomla 4.x and when all agents are offline the setting appears wrong. How can I fix the error?

By the way, I have visited your website and found the problem is because the module style is overrided by your template's css.
I have added this code to the CSS adjustment tab :
and looks like it's working properly now. Please check.

It is now seen with overlaid icons. All agents are disabled except the first one and should not be seen overlapping like this. If they still have to see each other it's much better if they're sorted vertically like when they're enabled and connected.

The overlapped icon is indeed the standard look, as you can see in this demo page : demo.templateplazza.com/joomla/index.php/email-form-fallback
I'm not really sure what you're trying to get, but you can always modify the module look by adding css code in CSS Adjustment tab to get the look you want.
