Carousel Banner not working properly

I using the following:
Joomla: 4.3.2
PHP: 8.2.7
Carousel Banner 3.1.2

The banner module is being generated to the page but it is not generating the slide images.  For grins and giggles I turned on show title and the title is not being generated to the page either.  It looks like only the outer module wrapper and the UL for the slide navigation is being output.
