Hi, sorry for the trouble. Do you have any template override before? If yes then please open your template override file, change the part modWhatsAppAgentHelper with WhatsAppAgentHelper

Ah, I see. Yes, the latest version has indeed undergone major changes to remove the jQuery dependency. Okay, please send me your override file via email to support at templateplazza dot com, and then I will send you the new override file.
