Are you sure you have cleared all your Joomla cache from the Joomla administrator page? System -> Clear Cache Or do you have some kind of system cache on your website?
The problem was related to the folders and override files within the template directory.
I deleted the module, cleared the cache, manually removed the "mod_floatin_buttons" folder from the template/html directory, and then reinstalled the module. The issue has been fixed.
