Mini Front Page Pro - Thumbnail Issue

I have long used this module on many sites, and am having issues with this build. When the module is enabled to display 12 articles, it causes a timeout from the server.  It seems to crash after the sixth article.  So I disabled the offending article, and then still happens. So thumbnails are only being created for the first six articles no matter how I shuffle and test things.

distyparts.com has the module displaying 9 articles / images on the first 6.  Email me and I can send you login credentials.

. . . and yes, I have deleted all thumbnails at each try.
