Thumbnails quality

Hello,
Is there a way to improve the sharpness of the thumbnails because they are very blurry?
See screenshot of a thumbnail and the corresponding file.

Hi, a blurry thumbnail is usually caused by the thumbnail settings being larger than the original image.Could you let me know the thumbnail settings you are using in the module and the size of the original image?

Hello,
The problem went away after I deleted cookies and cleared the browser cache.
