WhatsApp Multi Agent mail send

Hi there, 
I'd like to know if is there a way the senders' address of the offline message can be set to be the customer's one. Maybe using a placeholder in the 'mail from' field? This would make it easier to import the messages in our CRM software.

Hi Giovanni, if the sender is set to the user's address, there is a high likelihood that the message will be marked as spam. Additionally, your server may be flagged as a spam sender because it repeatedly sends emails using a different address.
