Tables do not resize correctly.

I was expecting that on phone screens there would be no need to scroll to the right. It should fit entirely on the screen. Possibly by reducing space, font size, etc., to nicely fit the smartphone screen without requiring left-right scrolling. At least, that’s what I understand by “responsive.” It should fully adapt to the screen. As it is now, it is only partially responsive.

I'm sorry if you expected the table to adjust to the screen width without requiring horizontal scrolling. But if that’s what you want, you don’t need to use the responsive table function in Xtypo Pro. Instead, you can simply insert a table using the Joomla editor (TinyMCE) and set its width to 100%. This will work for tables with a small number of columns, such as in your case with two columns.

Why 'horizontal scrolling'? In cases where tables have many columns, for example let say 5+ columns, making the table fit the screen width (100%) can sometimes be impractical. This is because the width of each column might shrink too much, causing the content in the cells to stacked and become difficult to read. Even if the font size is reduced, it might become too small to read.

The responsive table function in Xtypo aims to maintain table readability by preserving the width ratio of each column on devices with relatively small screen sizes, such as smartphones.

Btw, this responsive table concept is commonly used in CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap etc ( getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/content/tables/ )

Alright, I understand. I was expecting something different from the component, but I see this is your approach. Honestly, the table functionality might need further development. In fact, I purchased the component to avoid dealing with too many settings, but it seems I still have to. Best of luck!
