Simple Floating Buttons not displaying
- Posted by AegisSales (3) Offline
I have installed Simple Floating Buttons on website 1.
When I installed the module for website 2 it does not display. I have compared the modules on both sites and they both have the same information. Can you please advise.

It’s probably your template CSS interfering with the module’s CSS. Can you tell me your website URL so I can check it directly?

Hello thank you for the reply
www.gasdetectorshop.com.au
update
I changed the module assignment to display on one page only as well as all pages and it does not display.
The only difference I can see on both sites is that I am testing an ai chat bot on this site that is displaying in the bottom right corner of www.gasdetectorshop.com.au/about/contact-us

Really sorry, I missed your reply. I have checked your website and tried to open the HTML source, then inspected it. However, I did not find the module installed on your website. Are you sure the module has been published? In what position did you publish it?

Thankyou for your reply.
I am using the debug position but I think I may have chosen the wrong template.
It is now displaying.
Also is there a way to change the hover colour on the button from blue to grey?
Thankyou for taking the time to check this for me.
Regards
Jacquie.
