I have some users reporting that my carousel banner ads are occasionally getting stuck on one specific ad. I had told them that the ads pause on mouseover but they claim that this is not the cause they are seeing. I am unable to replicate it myself.
Is there anything that might cause a banner to stop rotating? Alternately, is there a way to disable the pause on hover effect to see if that solves it for them?
