Error installing WhatsApp Multi Agent

Hello. I installed the module in Joomla 3.10 using the theme 1850 from
www.seguridadshalom.com
, but it's not working. The module isn't showing up, and I've tried all the positions.

Hello, which installation file did you install? Have you already used mod_whatsapp_agent_j3_legacy.zip?

Thank you. I uninstalled the module and reinstalled the legacy one, and it worked. The mail form still doesn't work; it doesn't send emails when no agent is online. Any recommendations?

The mail form uses Joomla’s built-in mail function. Could you please confirm whether your website is able to send emails properly, for example via the contact form?
