Error installing WhatsApp Multi Agent

Hello. I installed the module in Joomla 3.10 using the theme 1850 from www.seguridadshalom.com , but it's not working. The module isn't showing up, and I've tried all the positions.

Hello, which installation file did you install? Have you already used mod_whatsapp_agent_j3_legacy.zip?
