minifrontpagepro access

After upgrading and reinstalling minifrontpagepro, it gives a message with a link to OPEN MODULE MANAGER to mange the extension. Clicking on that link leads to Modules (Site), but minifrontpagepro is not there. If you go to Extensions: Manage, you can see it, but nothing can be accessed from this page. If you search through plugins, it's not there.

Where should that initial link be taking me to manage the extension?

I'd done that already. As you can see, it's not in the list (this is sorted by title):
