multiiple templates

Simple solution, i create subdomain from cpanel so there is 2 cms instead of 1 this wont hurt my storage because 1 gb is enough to do many cms, so mean while i put the launch time in main public html and configuration of the real website is on my sub domain, i have to figure the right steps to move everything when im finished and ready to launch,.i will get learned thx TP

You didn't say anything about creating 2 installation is ok with you. You insisted to make the View Site link at the backend to load your own template than the LaunchTime, remember?

The Smarter solution then is to make a menu item and assign another template into that menu for you to see your works. This newly created menu item (with different template) URL should be noted for your own use to preview your work. That way we just need 1 Joomla installation not 2.
