Responsive Banner Slider
- Posted by Kannan AMR (5) Offline
Hello,
I just bought Responsive Banner Slider and I have the following issues:
Only Nivo style works. Other presets won't work. (I have Joomla 2.5 version)
Secondly, it creates a 15 pixel (or may be 12 pixel) margin on the bottom, which creates space between the banner and the navigation bar.
Any guidance will be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hello...thanks for your purchase
Could you set up for us temporary pages (that would be 3 pages for each style) where you publish Responsive banner module with the issues you've mentioned above?

Also, an URL to your website will help us too to track the problem

I found the problem. I have a banner width of 1300 pixel by height of 250 pixels. When I see the page on a smaller monitor, the image becomes proportionately smaller. Because it constrains both width and the height, the banner image shrinks and hence there is a gap between the header and the navigation. Is there a way to solve this issue? That is when I view the page on a smaller monitor, the navigation should align and shrink along with the banner header. Hope I am clear.
Thanks!
