Hmm I don't understand. The languange file is already in the correct place :

but it looks like was not loaded by joomla system.
Can you try to translate this file (www.stopaymore.com/language/he-IL/he-IL.tpl_deals_plazza.ini) to your languange? I was using google translate to translate some words in that file before, so probably there's something wrong with that and probably because my computer system is LTR too

First of all, timecount is not shown. so before localization of timecount, it has problem with java.
