mini k2 problems

I'm using your mini k2 module on a joomla 3.0 site. However, it's not working like your demo.
Select sub-template is set to "simple"

1. When I hover over an image, the rest of the other images don't fade out (as in your demo).
2. If I set the "Item count" to 7 or less the images show, but if I set it to more than 7 the images disappear.

what about if you try to disable the others module, and let wee see...

Ok, I turned off all the other modules, and still have the same issue. But, now I have narrowed down the problem, somewhat...If there's an article without an image, it won't work, otherwise, it works.

So, basically it keeps showing the images of articles (for a split second) until it hits an article without an image, then all the images disappear.
