i'm not sure what happen with your server, maybe you need to re-configure your server,

sorry, I can't give better suggestion if I can't see the website. because i need to see and check it by my self

but maybe you can try to:
1. check the version of your minifrontpage and make sure that the file from TemplatePlazza
2. change your WAMP configuration (maybe there is any conflict with the settings) or try to use XAMPP server
3. check and tell me how you add images in your articles
