Related Articles Extended - Date Setting

I like the way the Related Articles Extended module works on my site for the most part, but the problem is that it's pulling in articles from over a year ago and more. We have a news site that is consistently updated, and we need to have a setting to only show a certain time period of articles in the module (ex. only show articles from the last 30 days).

Is that option available, and if not...how can I set that up? Thanks!

Hi,

As this is not a kind of latest news module then we're not including an article date limit but there's an option for ordering which you can choose. But if there are some 'outdated' related articles it found then we're not able to limit the date as this was the intention of the module.

So sorry since TemplatePlazza is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. You should read or ask any doubt before making any purchase.

thank you

Wow...I've purchased three plugins from you already, and that's your response? That will be the last one I purchase.

Hi,

Can I receive a refund for the module? It won't work for my needs.

What should be my answer when you asked for a refund? I'm trying to find a way for that issue by looking at the MiniFP codes but then you asked for refund and that non tangible non revocable thing is indeed you'll get in every place that selling codes.

Many Joomla sites offer refunds, this is just a small example:
www.joomlart.com/blog/news-updates/7-day...-asked-refund-on-all
www.zootemplate.com/legal/zootemplate-mo...d-refund-policy.html
stackideas.com/refunds.html
www.joomlashowroom.com/refund-policy/joo...-refund-policy-terms

And those are just examples. I would love to keep using the module and I would be happy for you to keep the money if it worked, but it doesn't. It's not just including old articles occasionally, but it's using very old articles exclusively. A related items module should be able to filter by date as old articles are most often not related anymore.

I think your answer should be either "That's not included, but it should be so we'll update the module" or "sorry that this doesn't work properly on your site, we would like to offer you a refund." Either one of those would be acceptable.
