Related Items Extended - Images not showing

I have an issue with images in articles.

First of all i'm using images from web with url and not from any storage file such as stories...Images not showing in the module!

Hi kyriakos,
We're sorry but Related Item extended doesn't support external images as all images will be re-processed again internally (for the image crop, dimension etc)
