I have visited your website, and yes it's indeed only a greyed box showed there. But I found there's no image inside it, so it look like you haven't added any images yet (through the joomla backend.
There is a documentation file comes with the package, have you checked it?

In the Responsive banner Backend, have you set the banner client to "Foto Cano Digital" and banner category to "Banner inferior grande" ?
