Related Items Extended shows up in Category Blog view

I notice that the extension appears also in Category Blog view (at the bottom of the page) and not just in articles.
I do not want the extension to be visiblee in Category Blog view.

It doesnt say the version, it was downoaded via email link on 21/6/2013,
Can you send me please the latest version any way?
