I have done those changes, but nothing is working for me.

have tried $option = "crop"; , changed the line above and I still not able to see the image on the portfolio sub-template.

Can someone give a hand on this?

@webmasteranglicanbrisbane would you mind open a new thread as this may annoying for the tread starter as his issue has been solved. Also if you want to get hands on, you should post a live url so we can take a look.

@erwinschro, sorry about that. I have solved it and it was a conflict with another plugin.
