Carousel Banner extension download issue

Hi,
I'm having trouble installing the Carousel Banner Extension... I get the error message "WARNING - JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file"\
Please advise/help?

Please unzip the file first, you will find the module installation file inside it.
