I purchased Latest News Extended, installed and enable it, the problem is that the images or thumbnails are not showing it shows a broken link, please help :D

How many instance of this plug in can be use in the same page?

Re. the thumbnails not showing, I can't gues what could be wrong so maybe you can post here a live URL to check?
And you can publish as many instances as you need in the same page.
