Background on LaunchTime template not displaying..

I am using the LaunchTime template on a site, but for some reason, I can't get the background image to work. What am I doing wrong, or need to do?

Hello

I've looked at your site and why I don;t see any jQuery library loaded in there? it's weird...it should be there so the background works and also the countdown timer...
